Beinn Chracaig – Parked near the Cuillin View Hotel in Portree, Isle of Skye, and walked along the track to the Yacht Club and to the grassy area beyond. In windy conditions I followed a path, avoiding the cliff edges, onto Beinn Chracaig and to the summit of this Tump where it was very windy. The return was by the upward route.
Am Meall – Parked at Luib, just off the A850 Broadford to Sligachan Road, on the Isle of Skye, and followed a rough path east soon leaving it and in windy conditions ascended the Hump, Am Meall. The last few metres were a bit of a struggle due to the strength of the wind. The return was roughly by the upward route.
Sgurr Mor – Parked at the entrance to the forest track just south of Balmacara Square, east of Kyle of Lochalsh, and walked up this track passed some mature firs to the south. Higher up I left this track to follow a marked path through the trees. At a point where the path began to lose height I opted to leave it and climbed through the mature forest where some pieces of coloured plastic tape hung from the trees possibly to mark a route. I later emerged from the trees then it was a steep climb on grass and heather to the summit of Sgurr Mor visiting both tops of this Tump. The return was by the upward route.
