Left my vehicle in Alexander Crescent, Kemnay, Aberdeenshire, and followed paths to the tower. However the summit and highest point of the Tump, Kemnay Hill, was further east and involved walking through brambles, crossing barbed wire fences and into a mixture of rough vegetation and trees. The return was by the outward route although I did try to find an easier route but with little success.
