I left my vehicle in the car park on the west side of the unclassified road, accessed from the B993 Monymusk to Tillyfourie Road, north-east of Tillyfourie, and walked west along the vehicle track through the forest to east of the Stone Circle. The vehicle track continued north and around grid reference NJ649147 I left the track and climbed steadily west on paths used by mountain bikers until clear of the trees. The path then continued through heather to the summit of the Tump, Green Hill.
The descent south and the ascent over White Lady were on paths which led to the vehicle track south of the Stone Circle. This track then joined the one used on the approach route and I returned to the car park.
