I left my vehicle in the car park at Gartly Moor, accessed off the unclassified Insch to Huntly Road, and took the path through the forest towards Wishach Hill. The path later disappeared amongst some fallen timber and at the top end of the forest I worked my way through a few closely growing conifers. Once on the open hillside it was through heather to reach the summit of this Tump which appeared to be a heathery lump with a conifer tree growing out of it. I also visited the cairn but it appeared lower before returning into the forest and back to the car park although I didn’t locate the path.
