Lauchintilly Hill: From end of public road at Lauchintilly, accessed along a single track road from the B994 west of Kintore, walked north along a vehicle track then across a field to the summit of this Tump. The return was by the approach route.

Candle Hill: Located north-west of Oyne I initially approached this Tump from the unclassified road to its east walking up a grassy path at the edge of a field. I then crossed a dyke and a field to enter a large area of gorse but was unable find a suitable route through the bushes so returned to my car.

I drove round to the unclassified road to the north parking near the access road to Brownhills. From there I crossed through three fields before entering the area of gorse and pushing my way through the bushes, some over six feet high and to the summit indicated by my GPS. Once I emerged from the gorse I re-crossed the fields and returned to my car.

Hill of Johnston: From the road leading to Auchmar, accessed off the unclassified Clatt to Leslie Road, entered a field followed by a fairly steady climb to the high point of this Tump. The return was by the ascent route.

Waukmill Hill: Tree thinning was taking place on the south side of this Tump so I was able to park off the unclassified Leslie to Auchleven Road. I then walked up the west side of the forest to the high point which appeared to be in the north-west corner. The return was by the upward route.
