Craigneil: This Tump was located to the east of the A957 Banchory to Stonehaven Road south of Durris Forest. It was initially ascended along a little used track from this road then across rough vegetation to reach its summit. The return was by the ascent route.
Mongour: From the A957 Banchory to Stonehaven Road at Spyhill, south of Crathes, walked south along the road through the forest to the radio mast. Here paths heading west through the trees led to the open hillside and the summit of this Tump. I then returned by the approach route.
