The Tump, Creag nam Fiadh, was located at the south end of the Coigach Peninsula. I left my vehicle in the car park north of Blughasary, accessed along a minor road from near Strathcanaird on the A835 Ullapool to Elphin Road. From there I crossed the bridge over the River Runie then walked west along a path, rough in places, on the north side of the river in wet and windy conditions.
The path later climbed steeply north-west before I left the path and crossed some rough ground to reach the summit of Creag nan Fiadh. The return was by the ascent route.
