Cnoc Snataig and Creag Ard: These two Tumps were located to the north of Drumnadrochit. I left my car at the side of the vehicle track south of Achpopuli, accessed from the minor road west of Abriachan and the A82 Inverness to Drumnadrochit Road. I then walked south along this track to the property at Achpopuli and here passed through a gate, crossed a fence then it was over rough ground heading for Cnoc Snataig. After going through an area of well spaced trees there was a short descent before ascending to the summit of this hill.
I descended west across pathless vegetation then climbed Creag Ard. On its descent I came across a path which led to a vehicle track and it was followed back to where I had left my car.
Carn na Leitire: I moved my car a few hundred metres north to the car park at the Abriachan Forest Trails and from there followed paths to the summit of the Tump, Carn na Leitire. The return was by the approach route.
