I left my vehicle in the Donview car park, on the north side of the minor road from Monymusk to Keig, in Aberdeenshire. From this car park I walked north-east up the path leading to the Tump, Millstone Hill.
On reaching a point to the west of Scare Hill I left the path, walked through mature trees and onto open ground consisting of long heather and to the summit of this Tump.
