Staying in Scourie in the North-West Highlands it was only a short drive north to the starting point for this walk, the junction of the minor single-track road to Tarbet (for Handa Island) and Foindle, where there was parking for a single vehicle.
Briefly walked back towards the main road before entering the rough longish and in places wet vegetation, initially following a stream. Soon left it and climbed north-west through similar underfoot conditions onto Cnoc nam Brac, visiting both highpoints of this Tump.

From there descended south-west round some knolls, avoiding outcrops, and climbed to the summit of Cnoc Mhichie, passing the large cairn to reach the ground beside the small cairn which was the highest point of this Hump.

Afterwards headed off north to look at a route onto the Tump, Mullach na Creige Deirge, but a band of rocks prevented direct access so decided to leave it for another day and approach it from the Tarbet Road. (climbed later that week)

Therefore descended east to the stream mentioned above and returned to the start.
- Time taken – 1 hour 55 minutes.
